All your information is stored in our provider’s secure systems (i.e. Fresha, Google, WordPress,…). We use our provider’s secure end-to-end encryption and databases to host your information. We do not transfer your information outside of the UK.

How long is your information kept for?

We will generally process personal information:

  • for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected (for example, for booking your services), and
  • for up to six years after that to identify any issues.
  • As long as required if applicable law says we have to.
